HealthNet Management SA was founded by a group of people with lifelong experience in the coordination and guidance of insurance companies and health service providers, specializing in the creation and management of health programs, while simultaneously ensuring a flexible, functional and top quality network of health service providers.

HealthNet came to us to rebrand and build a fast, user-friendly web platform for both their network of health service providers and their insurance portfolio customers.

The existing company logo was completely redesigned and the new brand colors were chosen to convey confidence, innovation, and trust. The new typography was selected to be clean, dynamic, and align with the rebranding strategy and tone. The new brand identity was delivered as a comprehensive guide that includes logo usage, color codes, typography rules, and imagery style.

The existing company website was a standard WordPress website with very limited customization capabilities and the required functionalities for locating health service providers in the insured customers area was no longer working. We collected all the immediate and future requirements the client was planning to implement for their web platform and a) redesigned the front-end to better communicate the new brand and the increased size and service capabilities of the company and b) customized the back-end of the TSH Platform CMS and CRM to accommodate the immediate interactivity needs and laid the baseline for additional future functionalities.
